Please note the web shop only processes orders for delivery within the UK. If you are viewing the shop from outside the UK and wish to order please visit my Etsy shop at https://lizdartstainedglass.etsy.com for all international orders.
Shipping: Delivery is included in the price and will be via Royal Mail 2nd Class Standard for small items under £25 and Royal Mail 48 Hr Tracked for orders over £25.
Small items will be sent in a Jiffy bag or large letter box and all other items will be boxed as small parcel.
Delivery should take 3-5 days for small items in stock but please allow 5-7 days for larger items. During July and August dispatch times will be longer due to holidays. Deliveries in December may also take longer due to the high volume of Christmas orders. Please check the information bar at the top of the page for up to date dispatch times.
For out of stock items please email for lead time but usually available in 7-10 days.
Every effort is made to carefully pack items for shipping but in the event of a breakage please email with a photo of the damaged item within 7 days for replacement or refund on items under £30. For items over £30 please return the item for replacement, repair or full refund as required.
For larger items made to order where the value is over £100 collection from the studio is recommended.
